Senss Store gift voucher are digital only. No physical card or printed copy is issued.
Each voucher generates a unique code stored securely in our system. There is no need to print your voucher, we can look it up digitally at your appointment.
Senss Store digital giftt cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Your voucher displays both the issue date and expiry date. Once expired, any remaining value is forfeited.
Please treat your voucher like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion at Senss Store.
Each voucher is intended for single-person use but may be transferred in exceptional cirucmstances at Senss Store's discretion.
The value of your voucher remains unchanged over time. Senss Store does not charge any expiry or maintenance fees.
Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
During the Christmas promotional period from 19/12/25 to 24/12/25, all Senss Store digital gift card purchases will receive an additional 20% of their value. The bonus value is automatically added to the client’s file at the time of purchase and is redeemable in-store on services and products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
